Terms of Use

By using B4uWork you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What B4uWork is
B4uWork turns UK public records into a 0 to 100 trust score to support quick due-diligence checks on companies. It draws on Companies House and The Gazette data.
Not advice or a guarantee
A B4uWork score is a public-record signal only. It is not a credit rating, legal or financial advice, a fraud finding, or a guarantee of payment or conduct. Decisions made using the service remain your responsibility.
Paid reports
A detailed report is an optional one-off purchase. The website price is currently £9.99 and website payments are processed by Stripe. Android app pricing is shown by Google Play and purchases made in the Android app are processed by Google Play. The report presents public-record information and the same public-record signal as the free score; it is not a credit rating, legal or financial advice, a fraud finding, or a guarantee of payment or conduct.
Paid reports are generated for immediate digital access. By buying a report, you ask us to start providing the digital content straight away and acknowledge that any statutory cancellation right may be lost once access to the report begins.
If something goes wrong with a paid report, contact us at the email below with the Stripe or Google Play receipt and the report link. Refunds are handled case by case through the payment provider. One-off purchases do not create an account, so keep your report link safe; reports opened with a Business report credit are saved to that workspace for as long as the report remains available.
Business subscriptions
B4uWork Business is an optional recurring subscription with a 14-day free trial. A payment method is required when the trial starts. Customers choose either £19.99 per month or £199 per year. Unless it is cancelled before the trial ends, the selected subscription starts automatically and continues until cancelled. Billing and cancellation can be managed from the private Business workspace.
A trial can be cancelled as soon as it starts. When cancelled during the trial, no subscription payment is taken and Business access continues until the 14-day trial ends. A paid subscription can also be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the current paid billing period and no further renewal payment is taken.
The trial tracks up to 5 companies and includes 3 detailed-report credits. After the trial, the plan tracks up to 25 companies. Monthly subscribers receive 2 detailed-report credits after each successfully paid monthly invoice. Annual subscribers receive 2 credits after the annual payment and 2 more for each later active month in that paid annual period. Unused credits roll over up to a maximum balance of 5. Credits have no cash value and can only be used while Business access is active.
B4uWork normally checks each unique tracked company once every seven days. Check timing may move when an official source or hosting service is unavailable. A failed check is retried and is not shown as proof that nothing changed.
Monitoring alerts describe changes found in public records. They are not real-time warnings, financial or legal advice, a credit rating, or a guarantee that every event will be found. Bulk checks are capped at 25 companies per batch and use the same public-record Trust Score as an individual free check.
